At MAC Cosmetics, I’m leading digital and AI innovation across a global brand ecosystem — translating emerging technologies into creative infrastructure that teams can actually use.

That includes AI-powered retouching workflows with Flora.ai, Adobe Firefly partnerships, AI agents for creative operations, and the governance models required to bring AI into enterprise environments without compromising quality or brand consistency.

The focus is not experimentation for its own sake. It’s building systems that make creative organizations stronger, faster, and more adaptive.

Global Director Digital Innovation

Led the redesign and re-platforming of 39 global and regional sites across 40 markets. Built Estée Lauder’s inaugural Figma design system, now used across 8+ brands.

Created the beauty industry’s first AR Virtual Try-On for lipstick, mobile and desktop, and launched the MAC Innovation Lab concept store featured in Forbes.
